About Me
Welcome to my site. I am so happy you stopped by. I am a Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA/NASM -Aerobic Fitness American Association), Yoga Instructor (200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher -- Yoga Alliance), Certified Breath Coach (Yoga Teachers College) with over 8 years experience teaching classes such as Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Chair Yoga, Mindful Breath work (aka "active meditation") as well as other dance fusion exercises. I've taught in studios, gyms, privately and corporations. I am so excited to share my love of dance and movement virtually with you. Every class with me is fun, inspirational and motivational. You'll leave my Zumba classes sweaty and my yoga and breathing classes relaxed and revitalize.

Gentle Flow Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga
Breathe n' Flow Transatlantic Gentle Flow Yoga with Nadine is designed for all levels. It incorporates the 6 Limbs of Yoga:
1) Yama: discipline in our relationship to ourselves and others
2) Niyama: personal discipline; intimacy of our relationship with ourselves
3) Asana: pose/posture; to take one seat
4) Pranayama: controlled intake/outtake of breath
5) Pratyahara: to draw the senses inward; withdrawal of the senses
6) Dharana: state of focused concentration

Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold with Nadine is for everyone who is ready to move. We incorporate Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bollywood, Punjabi, Soca, Tango, Disco, Dancehall, Hip Hop in a low-medium intensity designed for the active 50+ year old, beginning/novice Zumba student, beginning/novice fitness enthusiast. Off the Mat Yoga (OM Yoga) is designed to explore and gain transformation and inner peace anywhere, any place, any time from the comfort of a chair. Perfect for beginning yogis, yogis with limited space and/or mobility. Yogis who've been intimidated by yoga.
